Chamonix Casino Hotel, Colorado’s Newest Luxury Destination

Chamonix Casino Hotel, Colorado’s newest and most luxurious gaming destination, opened its doors at noon on Dec. 27. Owned by Full House Resorts, Inc., Chamonix seamlessly blends Colorado comfort with classic European elegance. Located in historic Cripple Creek, approximately 45 miles from Colorado Springs and 80 miles from Denver’s southern suburbs, Chamonix is integrated with Bronco Billy’s Casino.

The casino features a stylish floor with the latest slot machines, a high-limit slot salon, and an elegant table games area. The 300-guest room hotel offers balconies with stunning views of Cripple Creek, Pikes Peak and the Sangre de Cristo mountains. The opening will include the entire casino, a portion of the hotel, valet, garage, surface parking, and a temporary restaurant, Chamonix Bistro. Within a week, the full complement of guestrooms is expected to be available. In a month, the high-end 980 Prime restaurant by Las Vegas celebrity chef Barry Dakake will open, along with Ore and Alloy luxury retail store and the opulent Chamonix Spa, featuring a rooftop pool, modern workout room, massage rooms, saunas, steam rooms and more.

Chamonix, named after the renowned Alpine resort in France, aligns with Colorado Springs’ Olympic heritage. Baxter Lee, general manager of Chamonix Casino Hotel, describes it as a unique, high-end experience in the Colorado mountain setting, offering a Las Vegas-style ambiance.
