In the early morning hours of May 14, a lucky New York City resident turned an ordinary casino visit into a seven-figure celebration after landing a $1,009,357.41 jackpot on the Aristocrat Million Dollar Dragon Link progressive slot machine. The win marked the first time in the property’s history that a guest has taken home more than $1 million on a single jackpot payout.
The unforgettable moment happened around 1 a.m. when the player triggered the coveted Dragon Link Grand Progressive during the game’s free-spins bonus feature. Filling the screen with all 15 orb symbols unlocked the Grand Jackpot and delivered a life- changing payout that topped the million-dollar mark.
The winner—who works in Manhattan and chose to remain anonymous—did more than hit a jackpot. They became part of a milestone moment for New York gaming.
