Bally’s Dover Casino Resort slipped a spot but remains a popular betting and slot destination. The property offers a great racing and gaming experience just a short drive from Delaware Bay. Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort remains a favorite in this region. The property, located in historic Hot Springs, AR, has been one of the top thoroughbred racetracks in the country since 1904 and continues to please guests 120 years later. The facility now offers a complete gambling experience beyond the race track including a hotel, spa and top restaurants and bars. The casino floor also boasts 1,500 slot machines and more than 30 table games.
