Immersing Players in A New Experience

Inspiration, imagination and innovation. Those are the tenants that Next Gaming has embraced since its founding in 2006.

Living up to its vision, the Las Vegas-based skill gaming juggernaut continues successfully creating and distributing leading-edge, quality slot machines to the U.S. gaming market.

Part of their success can be attributed to Next Gaming’s very broad product selection that encompasses video reel slot games, skill-based games and hybrid/skill-based games. And since the games are driven by an RNG, they’re compliant in jurisdictions that have yet to allow skill-based games. Additionally, the games are offered on multiple cabinet styles to provide extensive flexibility with slot floor layouts and game selections.

With their strategy of creating games that offer an arcade-style experience, combined with the gambling aspect, the width and breadth of the demographics that the games appeal to are considerable – ranging from Millennials who crave interactive action, to Baby Boomers nostalgic for the games of their youth.

Further, each game has been designed to be intuitive – meaning that players can become immediately immersed in the gaming experience without a long learning curve. And where other skill-based games offer a finite time period for play, these games offer an opportunity to continue through multiple levels which grow increasingly harder.

Where Skill Meets Thrill

Next Gaming has five skill-based patents which allows it to design and create multiple variations for the skill-based experience. In addition, the company has IP licenses with TAITO for popular titles like Bust-A-Move and Arkanoid, as well as with Atari for the iconic Asteroids.

Bust-A-Move: With this whimsical and colorful game, players earn credits as a pair of rotund dragons taking their best shot at groups of overhead bubbles. What follows is bubble-bursting mayhem!

Arkanoid: Control the Vaus space vessel and chip your way to winnings one brick at a time. You’ve got to stay on your toes with this fast-paced breakout style game!

Asteroids: Who can forget the excitement of maneuvering their ship through an asteroid field while shooting everything in sight? Earn more than just points in this thrilling skill gaming version.

Next Gaming is at the forefront of the evolution of the slot gaming experience. “The biggest difference I see in the Next Gaming skill-based games is the familiarity of the games with the customers. These are tried and true names that have brand recognition,” said Richard Spurlock, Slot Director Binion’s Gambling Hall and Hotel. “The games are designed with multiple levels, much like a video game, which you try and complete. Add in the leader board and the competitive aspect of it all and it is sure to lengthen time on the device and equate to more handle pulls.”

Two Iconic Titles Added

Always on the cutting-edge, Next Gaming recently announced its acquisition of additional licenses from Atari for both Missile Command and Tempest. “Atari has been a pleasure to work with in creating and designing the iconic game Asteroids,” said Mike Darley, Chief Executive Officer of Next Gaming. “To add Missile Command and Tempest, both highly recognizable games, to our skill-based gaming portfolio is significant.”

Both the arcade game Asteroids and Tempest are featured in Ernest Cline’s book Ready Player One and play a part in Steven Spielberg’s blockbuster movie of the same name.
